I am a gourmand. I am a connoisseur. I am your pumpkin sommelier. Today I will share with you.
This is objectively my favorite season to grocery shop. Industry speak for the phenomenon I love is I guess just seasonal product innovation, but I prefer discussing it in laymen terms as absolute pumpkin spice magic. (Don’t get me started on peppermint season in December… this is just my favorite time of year to buy food items and/or scented candles.)
Listen, a lot of you are haters who don’t get the pumpkin spice thing. That’s okay! There are a lot of objectively good things that I personally dislike (strawberries, concerts, online shopping on an iPhone).
I don’t need to yuck people’s yum— so if pumpkin spice makes you cringe, please don’t yuck mine on this one. Come along for the ride and see how you feel!
