Hey friends! This week was intense no? It felt like it lasted 1,000 years. I had a bit of a wobbly, that I shared a bit more about here— it’s still ongoing, but I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. I really need to stop comparing myself to folks who create or write as their full-time job!
Whinging aside, I have had some wins this week. My stress and anxiousness did indeed drive me to be super productive and I made a lot of progress on big projects that were overwhelming me. I’ve been interviewing to hire someone to help me at work and I met some awesome people, so I’m feeling hopeful! I’ve stuck with a few of my goals for the first week back to work, like getting up early and reading and writing for a few hours before the work day starts and working out every day. Both have had massive impacts on my mental and physical health, and I feel so much clearer after a week of sticking with it. Sometimes the work itself is kinda the best reward, no?
